Brief:An extensive mixed use development at the heart of Athenry town designed by Moss & Co. Architects, The New Quarter will essentially create a new town centre for Athenry. The first phase of the development currently under way will provide 4,100sq.m retail and restaurant space and 4,800sq.m of office space comprising of a large supermarket, 18 further retail units and 22 offices sited above an extensive underground car park providing parking for approximately 450 cars.
