Brief: This 26 individual house award winning scheme designed by Moss & Co. Architects received a significant amount of coverage from the national broadsheet press and upon its completion it was praised for its contemporary interpretation of the design of the Irish vernacular house.

Our involvement in the development included:
· surveying of the site
· Planning advice and submission
· preparation of construction drawings
· structural supervision during construction stage
· certification of the finished development

The extensive wall and roof glazing incorporated in the design of the houses offered a particular challenge in terms of structural design and detailing.
