Retail & Apartment Building at Moycullen

Client: Cloonross Partnership Group

Brief: Our client wanted to make the most of this restricted site at the heart of Moycullen village. The main consideration in the design was to create a building that would have regard for the steeply sloping site while maintaining a strong streetscape that could be continued by future adjacent development.

Our involvement in the development included:

· Preparation of construction drawings
· Supervision of Construction Phase
· Certification of the finished development
