Brief: A medium sized residential development including four bedroom detached, three and four bedroom semi detached and three bedroom terraced houses. The design incorporates attractive, substantially sized houses arranged as to provide a high level of residential amenity with the majority of houses overlooking a central amenity area which includes an all weather multi purpose surface and children’s play area.
