Residential Development at Loughrea

Brief: A medium sized residential development including four bedroom detached, three and four bedroom semi detached and three bedroom terraced houses. A high level of landscaping to the amenity spaces in the development as well as substantial use of natural stone to the building elevations and boundary walls have resulted in an aesthetically pleasing living environment.

Our involvement in the development included:

· Supervision of Construction Phase
· Certification of the finished development
